The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with approximately 5,000 square feet of renovated space, under central heat and air conditioning located on one and a half acres on the outskirts of the city of Brevard, NC.

The first floor has a formal living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and master king bed suite with separate shower and toilet. The kitchen is the center point of the house.  The large gas stove/oven, huge center island, and loads of cabinets have everything you could possibly need to make that special meal.  (The fridge is big too--if you want to put your take out there)

The second floor has another master suite with full bath and walk-in closet.  There are 3 additional bedrooms--two with king beds and the other with a queen.  One of the king rooms has it's own private porch over looking the back yard.

There are two outside entertainment areas.  One off the dining room with it's own table, grill, and fire feature.

The back on the house has an expansive deck, and steps down into a 7-person hot tub.
